Michele EF Hamlett, MBA

Michele brings more than 17 years of Financial Services industry experience to her role at Retirement Choices of California. During her career in the financial services industry she held management positions with several prominent Investment Banks, including Vice President at Goldman Sachs, New York.

Michele began working with Retirement Choices of California in October of 2010, and quickly became instrumental in the firm’s sales and marketing efforts. Michele utilizes her vast management experience in her role as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for the management and strategic planning for the firm.

Her in-depth industry knowledge extends to working with clients on both regional and national levels while bringing “best practices” to the firm through an undivided focus on client communication, marketing and customer service efforts. Michele has a Master’s in Business Administration, something that will enhance her ability to guide the firm in its endeavor to bring the highest degree of responsibility and integrity to the Client Retention and Business Development Process.

Since joining the firm she has been able to provide a high-touch consultative service solution that provides advice, guidance and education to clients every step of the way, as the firm navigates the increasingly complex and ever-changing retirement planning landscape.

Michele studied at the University of California, Davis where she received her Bachelor’s Degree and later went on to Purdue University for her MBA. Michele has many interests including hiking, running, yachting and traveling. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband.
